Berkshire West offers the best world of an indoor pool during the cold and an outdoor pool surrounded by the neighboring mountains. The Pool is heated, has 2 roped off lanes for lap swimmers. The Pool area also has a smaller kiddie pool, and a hot tub whirlpool.

We offer 4 Aquatics classes every week in the morning. Aquatics workouts are the perfect workout offering a low impact on the body yet using the water for resistance.
