Berkshire West is conveniently located on Dan Fox Drive, down the road from Stop & Shop and directly across from Bousquet Ski Mountain serving all of Berkshire County We are committed to offering 55+ group fitness classes each week, lead by a well trained, experienced, and friendly staff of trainers.  All of our Berkshire West Membership packages include access to our complete compliment of classes. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC Non-members are able to participate in any of our fitness classes for a fee of $10/class.
