Fitness Class Descriptions

ABC: 1/2 hour class that works your Arms, Back and Core.
 
Dance Fitness: A class that will have you moving to the steps of belly dancing, salsa, bollywood, Latin dance, modern and jazz.  All workouts will be followed by pilates/yoga and stretch.
 
Cardio Burst: A total body sculpting class is held in conjunction with a heart pumping "cardio burst". One minute a piece to make sure you will work up a sweat for an effective calorie-burning workout.
 
Spinning: Pedal your way to the best shape of your life on high performance stationary bikes. This class is a serious calorie burner.  Water bottles and towels are required and to insure the safety of the class conversations are asked to be kept below the level of the music.

Cardio Kickboxing:This class will "kick" your butt with the fundamental punches of boxing combined with a high intensity cardio kickboxing workout.
Kickboxing Circuit:Classic kickboxing using gloves, bags, jump ropes, and agility drills to increase your speed,
strength and body tone.
 
On the Ball: Use the Physioballs to effectively achieve core strength for greater balance, body awareness, and stability.

Boot Camp:An intense fitness experience for all levels that will enhance your mental and physical shape.
It is an interval style class, a mixture of higher and lower intensity work which will help you
burn more calories and increase your fitness level.

Pilates:Is a mat workout based on the Joseph Pilates exercises. A great way to tighten your core and increase flexibility in just one hour.

Step:A low impact cardio class that utilizes an adjustable step to challenge all fitness levels.  Come in and see why this proven workout has been popular for over 20 years.

Stretch:A general stretch/exercise class which will wake up your entire body! This class includes range of motion exercises for the joints, encourages flexibility, fluidity and centering.

Stretch Fusion:Also incorporates yoga.

Core Conditioning: This class will work the core muscles by utilizing the Bosu medicine balls, Physioballs, gliding discs and the Bender Ball Method.

Yoga:Relax and explore the principles of gentle Yoga, designed to help you improve and develop your flexibility, muscular strength and concentration.  Let our qualified instructors guide you to relax your mind, body and spirit.

Vinyasa Yoga:Linking your breath with movement. Flowing asanas for strength, flexibility and relaxation. All levels are welcome.

Sculpt & ToneWe use balls, bands and hand weights to strengthen and tone your entire body... ALL in one hour!

Reps:A simple and effective way to implement strength, function, shape and definition.  Building on muscular endurance, this class will use weights, bars and tubing to shape and define your body.
