Aerobics NOW!: This High-intensity aerobics class that has all the nostalgic feelings with a modern day twist.


Art of Strength: Using different methods in strength training, this class is designed with the sole purpose of lifting heavy and building muscle! 


ABS and A$$:  This glute and abdominals class will help sculpt and define your rear and give definition to your abs!  YES IT IS ONLY 30 MINUTES!


Aqua Power: This cardiovascular class is perfect for anyone at any fitness level! Whether you are rehabilitating from an injury or a fitness guru, this class is guaranteed to give you a full body workout using the power or water!!


Battle Boxing: A new twist on the traditional cardio kickboxing class, adding a variety of boxing combinations and equipment to take your boxing experience to the next level.


Cardio and Core: Turn up the internal heat while blasting fat, strengthening the core, and having fun!  Target core muscles with unique variations of familiar moves! Scorch calories using cardio intervals! This action packed class is sure to elevate the heart rate and sculpt the midsection. 


Dance Lite: This moderate - high intensity cardio dance class is for those that want to get their heart rate up through the joy of dancing.


Fit 360:  A workout that comes full circle.  Surround yourself with a strong fit body that challenges you with a variety of exercises and modalities to give you a well rounded workout.


Fitness First: This class is a  total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level.  This class is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.  The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun.


Gainz: Join the class that will take you beyond your current level of fitness to your next level of fitness.  A total body workout!


Gentle/Chair Yoga: "Less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, restorative and amazing" are all adjectives used to describe this class! The chair is definitely an option but not necessary for this class.


High Rollers: Is a soft tissue therapy for treatment of skeletal muscle mobility and pain.  This alternative medicine therapy aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles.


H.I.I.T. Spinning: Using the principles of High Intensity Interval Training, cycle to music while simulating hills, flat roads, and difficult terrain for a great all-around cardio workout!


Hustle for that Muscle:This strength base class uses many different tools to effectively achieve overall strength, greater balance, body awareness, and stability in a fun calorie burning class all in 30 minutes!


Metabolic Meltdown : This class will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately.  The exercises you will be performing will be at a very high intensity, your body will have to work harder in order to keep up.  This will cause your heart rate to soar and metabolism jump, which will burn fat not only in the class but hours after you finish!


Rep Scheme: This class uses different styles of rep sets to push your cardiovascular system and increase your muscular endurance.  You will soon find that your VO2Max increases as well as your recovery!


Sculpt'd: This strength base class uses many different tools to effectively achieve overall strength, greater balance, body awareness, and stability in a fun calorie burning class.


Spinning: Cycle to music while simulating hills, flat roads, and difficult terrain for a great all-around cardio workout!

Strength and Core: SUPERSETS, DROP SETS, ISOMETRICS, MUSCLE ENDURANCE are just a few training styles used for this class to give you the ultimate experience in reaching your fitness goals.


Strength Circuit: This ever-changing class will definitely keep your body guessing and will never keep you under-trained.  One week the class can be using bands, the next you can be using the medicine balls. One thing is for sure, the moves are low impact but high intensity intervals of strength training followed immediately by deep recovery stretching.


S'Wet: This cardiovascular class is perfect for anyone at any fitness level! Whether you are rehabilitating from an injury or a fitness guru, this class is guaranteed to give you a full body workout using the power or water!!

TRX-treme: Originally designed for the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.


V.I.I.T.: You heard of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)!! This is Varied Intensity Interval Training!!  This class plays with different levels of High-Low intensity, challenging your heart rate even more! We are offering this class in two formats; one in SPINNING and the other in the GYM.
Weigh to Go:  This fun high energy class incorporates both cardio and strength training.  You will work more efficiently, lose more body fat, and rev up your metabolism.  Your body will then work to burn calories around the clock, giving you the ultimate edge to reach your weight loss goals.
