 Athletic Pilates: Athletic Pilates improves posture, prevents injury and increase overall body awareness. Come discover and correct muscle imbalances for optimal performance. The core work in Pilates trains the body to move more efficiently with minimal impact on the joints; a perfect complimentary for every athlete's routine Hard-CORE: This class is designed to give you a hard-HIIT-ing complete core workout guaranteed to challenge anyone at any fitness level from start to finish. And with it only being 30 minutes; YOU CAN DO IT! Ball-istics: Use the physioballs to effectively achieve core strength, greater balance, body awareness, and stability in a fun calorie burning class. Boxing Bootcamp: This circuit-style class explores the basics of boxing through the use of bags, gloves, ropes, medicine balls and much more. Come get your aggression out by hitting a bag, a mitt or even the instructor and experience a high-intensity level of training that is guaranteed to have you coming back for more! Build your Body: This class is designed to help you build and tone your muscles through lifting heavy and working on form and function! YES IT IS ONLY 30 MINUTES! Cardio Circuit: This fun high-energy class incorporates both cardio and strength training. You will work more efficiently, lose more body fat and rev up your metabolism. Your body will then work to burn calories around the clock, giving you the ultimate edge to reach your weight loss goals. Cardio Kickboxing: This class will “kick your butt” with the fundamental punches of boxing combined with a high cardio kickboxing workout. F.I.T.: Functional Interval Training! Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, work or in sports. This combined with interval training, will give you a full body workout guaranteed to challenge any fitness level! 

Fierce Fitness: This ever-changing class will definitely keep your body guessing and will never keep you under-trained.  One week the class can be using bands, the next you can be using the medicine balls.  One thing is for sure, the moves are low impact but high intensity intervals of strength training followed immediately by deep recovery stretching.

Fitness First: Join a community of seniors and older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. This class is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun. 

Gentle/Chair Yoga: "Less intense, no n-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, restorative and amazing" are all adjectives used to describe this class! The chair is definitely an option but not necessary for this class.
High Rollers: Is a soft tissue therapy for a treatment of skeletal muscle mobility and pain. This alternative medicine therapy aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. Pilates for Tennis: A mat workout based on the Joseph Pilates exercises. This low-impact class is a great way to tighten your core and increase flexibility in just one hour! Although this class is designed for tennis players, it caters to all levels of fitness.
Spinning: Cycle to music while simulating hills, flat roads, and difficult terrain for a great all-around cardio workout!
Step It Up: This high energy class utilizes an adjustable step to challenge the most fit of people. Come see why this workout has been around for over 25+ years and is still going strong!
S'Wet: This cardiovascular class is perfect for anyone at any fitness level! Whether you are rehabilitating from an injury or a fitness guru, this class is guaranteed to give you a full body workout using the power or water!! Tabata : This class will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately. The exercises you will be performing will be at a very high intensity, your body will have to work harder in order to keep up. This will cause your heart rate to soar and metabolism jump, which will burn fat not only in the class but hours after you finish! TRX-treme: Originally designed for the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Tread and Shred: This cardio blast class will have your body in a constant state of movement and includes bursts of strength training to rev up more calorie burn. You will learn how to use the cardio equipment in new ways the will optimize the 5 S's: Speed, Strength, Stamina, Sprint and Skill!

Tennis players: improve your flexibility and range of motion before and/or after your match!
