     Richard has been an integral part of the Berkshire West Athletic Club team for over a decade, with having over 30 years of unmatched experience in the fitness industry!  Richard has worked everywhere from Canyon Ranch for 15 years to owning his own business for 8 years.  Richard brings a unique quality to his style of personal training that will, not only, sculpt bodies but also the mind as well.  Richard finds this, combined with his passion and motivation; will help build anyone into a pillar of strength to reach their full potential and fitness goals.

Richard finds the best part of being a fitness expert is to motivate and challenge people to reach their full potential in mind, body, and spirit.
