"The " Resolution Revolution" is a weight loss and training program designed to combine a motivating exercise program with key
nutritional  knowledge to help realize and maintain your weight loss.    The program uses certain objective measurements such as
body fat index, resting metabolic rates and optimum exercise zones to deliver the best individualized exercise program.  Our trainers 
provide a positive and supportive environment to help you realize your individual fitness objectives. The end resultant is a fitness plan

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM


Overview:
  • individualized programs utilizing available small group training sessions
  • individualized programs qualify for activity based points program* and award qualification
  • fitness assessment including body fat composition, optimal training range, Resting metabolic rate measurement (a $55 dollar value)
  • requires a two month commitment ( 5 sessions/ month @$14 per session) plus short 
  • term club membership
  • shared awards banquet with group program



TEAM PROGRAM


                  Overview:
  • 8 week commitment to team program and competition
  • 5 persons per team
  • 2 scheduled 45 minute small group personal training sessions per week
  • fitness assessment including body fat composition, optima training range, Resting metabolic rate measurement (a $55 dollar value)
  • Weekly weigh-ins 
  • activity based points system* for participants resulting in individual award qualification
  • nutrition guidance and lectures
  • awards banquet
$160 per person plus short term club membership
